We had a heavy storm today, rain, it will get freezing cold again plus thunderstorms – therefore, I prepared autumn-food today: Mushroom-stew, accompanied by Kkakdugi, Mak-Kimchi, and mustard green water kimchi.
No need to worry about left-overs: The stew is completely gone … ;-)

I bought it in Korea five years ago, but it’s available everywhere now via Amazon etc.
