Noooooooooooo !!!!

I made it, let it sit 24 hours at room temperature and 1 month in the fridge.
Look at these beautiful three cubes of Kkakdugi… after i put them in the little plate, I handled the round pot to close the lid… it slipped off my hands and exploded on the floor …
Bye bye Kkakdugi.
Be sure that the next day I went to buy an other Korean radish :)
