Jjajangbap is rice with black bean sauce. The recipe was provided by Maangchi. See what I did there?
Jjajang sauce served with noodles is called jjajangmyun. Swapping the noodles for rice makes the dish jjajangbap.
I made the jjajang and my roommate made vegetable fried rice. A tasty combination, indeed!

    yes, you enjoyed stir-fried rice (bokkeumbap) and jjajang sauce at the same time! You kill 2 birds with 1 stone! : )
