Hello Maangchi.. Thanks again for the great recipe idea.. I made Bibimguksu last night.. The taste reminded me of the korean noodle that i ate in a korean restaurant in Melbourne during my University years.. It was delicious.. Bring back lots of memories.. Next time i will add some korean pears as garnish.. I believe it will taste very fresh ^^ will definitely make this bibimguksu again next time.. One of my favourite food ^^ enjoy your weekend! ^^

Soft and chewy noodles with the juicy kimchi mixture and cucumber strips! It looks terrific! I can almost smell delicious sesame oil! : )
