I used maangchi’s recipe and added some tweaks of my own. The first jar is a mix of all the kimchi types I made (because I didn’t have enough of each to fill another jar), then three jars of cabbage kimchi, radish kimchi made with daikon and watermelon radish, golden beet kimchi, and the leftover cabbage kimchi that I didn’t have a jar for!
It took four hours.. HAHAHA.
