Really felt like making Kimchi today. The first time I did, I made it together with my cousin. This time all by myself. Just used one napa cabbage because the last batch lasted for quite a long time. Of course I put a little bit aside for my cousin and her husband to test. We’re having a Korean dinner at their place tonight :-)

    Your kimchi looks very refreshing! The cabbage looks crispy and the kimchi paste looks juicy and yummy! “This time all by myself..” Now you can make your own kimchi secretly. haha!
