Long Time, No Japchae!!!



After years without cooking Korean food (thanks to the busy life of a college student…) I decided to start up once again with one of my favorites, JAPCHAE! I left the beef and shiitake mushrooms to marinate overnight as well as substituted a yellow bell pepper for the egg and it turned out delicious! My mother complimented me so much that we agreed she would help me the next time I make it :)
