I followed Maangchi’s Kimchi recipe. I used half of all the amount of ingredients as my cabbage was smaller in size. It came out so so nice and I can feel the freshness of it compared to those kimchi I bought from groceries shop.
Next time make it I will add a little bit more salt in the soaking process.
The next day I used my kimchi to cook Kimchi Udon Soup. Hehe..taste good too!!

    awesome! Kimchi udong soup sounds great! I love to add fermented kimchi to my noodle soup, too! yummy!
