Mak kimchi, kkakdugi, lemon lime salt pickles


First batch of radish, second batch of kimchi. Lemons unrelated. Kimchi is so exciting and envigorating, even easy to make, its just chopping, mixing, packing. Hard part for westerners is navigating some of the ingredients at the market, but your recipes are so well done, they become more accessible.

Documentary on KBS “Korean Cuisine and Dining” is also an excellent window into Korean food, culture, people, and their kindness. Thank you Maangchi.
