I made this but our Asian pear tree is just setting fruit, so I substituted prunes. It worked out well. In the picture above your marinade seems to have much more liquid than mine.Thanks for another great recipe.

I can’t cook to save my life. When I cook on my own, it just doesn’t taste good. It’s still fun though.
But every time I use your recipes, everyone LOVES the food, I LOVE the food, all of the food is gone, and I get tons of compliments. My friends literally keep reminiscing on how good my food was, even days later. Now that is real fun!! :)
