Cooking for friends tonight at my house, and all recipes from Maangchi’s cookbook! L.A. Galbi, sundubu jjigae, banchan of spinach, soybean sprouts, lotus root, burdock root, kimchi, radish kimchi, scallion kimchi. Oh, and I forgot the dipping sauces and perilla leaves! So delicious! Thank you, Maangchi, for bringing Korean cooking to my family and me. It is a blast to shop for and cook. Please come cook with me in my kitchen in Washington, DC!!! You are always welcome.
