I was so excited to see LA galbi style ribs at our little podunk supermarket, so I was quick to snatch them up. Thank goodness for smart phones because I was able to pull up Maangchi’s site to look at the other ingredients I would need to make the marinade. I don’t have a food processor, so I used a box grater for the pear and onions. The marinade turned out really juicy just like the video. I followed Ms Maangchi’s instructions and used my hands to give the meat a bath to make sure it was all covered. The galbi turned out so flavorful from the marinade! We are very happy that we were able to try out this delicious recipe – thank you for sharing, Ms Maangchi!
