I made this a few days ago. Yangnyeomtongdak is always welcome and very popular at any party. Make this at any get-together or potluck party, and I guarantee you’ll get lots of compliments. My tip for this chicken is to double fry it until it’s very very crunchy before you mix with the coating sauce. Even without the sauce, it’s still super tasty.
