For me was a hard job to find Kosari, but afeter I cook it I was thinking that was the right way. Without it’s not the same.
I love your recipe and I love Bibimbap.

    yes, soaking gosari (dried fernbrake) is not easy and it takes time! Great, you worked hard to make beautiful delicious bibimbap! Congratulations!
