Remember how I said that kongnamulbap was a step towards bibimbap? Well, it finally happened!
I reconstituted some kosari, used yellow squash instead of green (zucchini), left the eggs out on purpose and went with the non-spicy yangnyeomjang. After all was said and done, I had a dish that I was proud to mix up. I made so much, I’ll be able to enjoy this again and again and again. Invite me to your next bibimbap party!
