Ojingeojeot (Fermented squid)

I eventually had some of the fermented squid that I’ve been fermenting in my fridge for 1½ months. OMG, not only is it tasty! It’s a perfect stinky flavor!

I had some rice and lettuce and put some of this on top instead of ssamjang. Wrap it up and eat it. yummy yummy!  : )

How can plain squid turn into such a delicious side dish? Yes, fermentation, that’s the secret!
