Soondubu jjigae (Spicy soft tofu stew)

This is my first attempt at this dish, and any Korean dish period. I think I made it too spicy but, the flavor is great. I’ll get it just right next time. Thanks, Maangchi! The recipe is here.

Tofu really CAN taste like anything

Slicing tofu; that’s easy. Frying tofu: that’s easy. Making tofu taste juicy, crispy and delicious: That’s genius! This is my take on Maangchi’s dubu ganjang jorim, where I substituted agave nectar for the corn syrup. Pefection! The recipe is here.
