Easy kimchi

  I used the easy kimchi recipe but used Napa cabbage and added a little bok choy. My kids love kimchi and I usually take some to work. I am trying to be better at keeping it in the house all the time, The recipe is here.

Vegan Jjajang!

  I swapped the pork with portabella mushrooms to make this vegan jjajangmyun. I haven’t had this dish since I went 3 vegan years ago, so this was an amazing treat for me :) Thanks, Maangchi! The recipe is here.

Spicy stir-fried pork (Dwaejigolgibokkeum)

  Hi Maangchi, it’s me again ;) This dish totally fulfilled my taste with it’s flavorful spicy,salty and sweet flavor. Since I prefer heavy-taste food and fat meat,I really love this dish very much. (I know my taste is unhealthy :p) The recipe is here.

Galbijjim (braised beef short ribs)

  I used red wine and rice wine. And also added potatoes, instead of carrots or radish. Delicious. The recipe is here.

My 1st Soondubujjigae

Green cabbage kimchi

  Green cabbage kimchi well made with, besides maangchi’s recipe, local carrots, cabbage and garlic, jalapeno peppers, red onions and a touch of sauerkraut juice. I let the jars ferment for three days and then place in the fridge. The recipe is here.
