Kim Chi spread for Bread (so goooood!)

  Chopped up some Kim Chi to spread on my fresh baked bread. Pure delight! The recipe is here.

Korean Steak Tartare, Yuk-Hoe

  I made this garlic-y Maangchi version of Yuk-Hoe last night! The only difference was I added raw egg yolk (fresh egg from my neighbor) to add creaminess. It was so delicious and the garlic flavor was amazing. Thanks!!! The recipe is here.

Jjinppang mandu

Yeolmu-kimch fried rice

Simple and delicious lunch! This time I used my homemade yeolmu kimchi (young radish leaves kimchi) instead of chopped cabbage kimchi. Oisobagi kimchi

  I made these with my 2 year old daughter. She helped me add the ingredients like the sesame seeds and she mixed the stuffing mixture. They taste great! This is a very good side dish for meat especially. The recipe for spicy stuffed cucumber kimchi (oisobagi: 오이소박이) is here.
