Beef Bulgogi


First attempt to make Beef Bulgogi with lettuce wrap
taste was great however the beef didn’t gain the soft tenderness that I hoped it would.

    It looks delicious!
    Next time use prime cuts of beef such as sirloin, tenderloin, or skirt steak. And Slice the beef more thinly.
