Following the Maangchi’s video…almost cut the tip of a finger, but only a slice of the nail went off….pay attention when playing with knives!!! ;-)

    ” almost cut the tip of a finger, but only a slice of the nail went off…” If you want to cut something fast, start from slow chopping until you feel comfortable with your knife. Someday the knife will be like your another hand! Then chop chop chop! : ) Your japchae looks awesome!
