As I had a lot of rice cakes left after the rice cake soup, I made some Tteokbokki !
I just added more ingredients (carrots, beef and udang) and used a different sauce that my Korean friend advised me but after I followed Maangchi’s recipe =)
The next day when I heated it up, I added some cheddar and it was amazing! ♥
Cheese Tteokbokki are the best! ♥♥
