Made some sundubu-jjigae for dinner last night and it did splendidly for a brunch, paired with a fresh batch of kimchi and pan fried vegetable mandu. Only bad part is there is now no more leftovers!
Which to get? my first book has all the recipes for all the essential Korean pastes and sauces, but my second book Maangchi's Big Book of Korean Cooking has more recipes. Both are best sellers and either one is a good choice if you want to learn Korean home cooking.
It looks very delicious! The freshly made kimchi and fried mandu also look very yummy!
