Oh So Delicious! Quick and Easy Chicken Dish

This recipe just came out yesterday, or at least I just saw it yesterday for the first time, and I was drooling! So today for dinner I made it and ate ½ the batch. I reluctantly had kept some leftovers so I’ll have the other ½ tomorrow for lunch. Oh so delicious! I topped it […]

Spicy stir-fried chicken

Even though pork tastes really good, I don’t want to eat it too often. That’s why I kinda modified the recipe a little and instead of pork I used chicken leg (both upper and lower). Still they tasted wonderful !! The recipe is here.

Traditional-style spicy braised chicken (Dakbokkeumtang: 닭볶음탕)

Favourite and easy snack in the afternoon. Hehe :) The dipping sauce is also recommended !! The recipe is here.

Kimchi stew

It’s one of my favourite dishes. It’s sweet, spicy, sour, aromatic (from the sesame oil I guess) and just perfect to warm up my day. It’s healthy too !! The recipe is here.

Manjoo

My husband finally gave me an oven as his advance Christmas gift for me! Was so ecstatic I can finally bake lots of goodies! The first on my list was this: Manju! But I did not have any lima beans, could not find them so I used red bean – cinnamon filling instead. =) Yum! […]

Here is a variation of your mapa tofu recipe. I used Korean pepper paste, forgot to add the walnuts, and we could not find fresh chili peppers, so I threw in a green bell pepper instead. It was delicious. Thanks for your recipes, Maangchi! The recipe is here.

Kimchi fried rice

It did taste good, but I think I prefer Indonesian fried rice more. They call it “Nasi Goreng”, have you ever heard about it ? The recipe is here.
