Mandu

  Mandu made using Maangchi’s recipe. After looking up recipes for mandu, jiaozi and gyoza, I’m convinced they are regional variants of essentially the same thing – the Asian potsticker. Does anyone else think so too? The recipe is here.

Baechu Doenjangguk (fermented soybean paste and cabbage soup)

  Vegan version, no anchovy used for stock. Added tofu for extra heartiness! The recipe is here.

Seaweed Soup

  No, it’s not my birthday; nor did I just give birth. Just craving this delicious soup, make with a combination of dried anchovy broth and brisket broth. Also, I added a can of clams to make it more interesting. The recipe is here.

    I love the soup ! I just made it for my lunch .. though my fish cakes wasn’t as pretty and colorful , it was still delicious . I didnt use radish either , didnt have it on hand The recipe is here.
