While I’ve made SO many dishes based on Maangchi’s recipes, this is by far the most beautiful I’ve made. Super sour homemade kimchi, from Maangchi’s recipe of course, mixed with her bibim-guksu recipe, fresh cucumber, sunny side up egg. So good.
