Today we are celebrating my cousin Inge’s birthday! This time we are surprising our family with Korean food!
Erik made his all-time favorite, Korean style pork belly, We are also bringing some dakgangjeong and we made around 50 mandu for the first time! Ofcourse we had to taste them first! Instead of using shitake mushroom, I’ve used some celery and added some Chinese mushroom sauce for extra flavour!
Thanks Maangchi! The Korean food was a huge success! We’ve had a wonderful day!
