Ginger cookies (Maejakgwa)

Korean traditional cookies “Maejakgwa.” I had a little craving for this cookie, so why not make it?! I have all the ingredients at home: flour, ginger, sugar, and cooking oil. It’s super easy to make. Sweet and crispy! I could eat it non-stop munching munching The recipe is here!

Yangnyeom Tongdak

Cooked 6lbs. of Yangnyeom Tongdak by the way of Maangchi! Just doubled up the measurements, since Maangchi uses 3lbs of chicken in her recipe. It tasted amazing and well-worth the hard work! The recipe is here.
