Som Tam

I’ve made this the first time as part of a chili-dinner. My guests were kind of surprised about pounding the salad with mortal and pestle…. :D It turned out pretty well and very juicy. And afterwards everyone wanted to have the recipe – so it must have been a success. xD The recipe is here.

Cooking kimchi jjigae

I quartered the recipe, since I was only cooking for myself, used a can of tuna and added some chopped garlic. It was delicious! I was skeptical about the tuna because I was afraid it would taste super fishy, but it was really, really good. I’m so full~! The recipe is here.
